Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and antique items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece has been carefully inspected, photographed, and described to accurately represent its condition. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately here within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging it arrived in
- Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier or offering a replacement if available.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us here within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
