SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS. Other carriers will be considered on an as needed basis.

Items are typically shipped in 3-5 days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Packaging All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile vintage and antique items receive extra protective packaging that may include bubble wrap, packing paper, and sturdy boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at crowsnestvintagedecor@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
