A charming vintage mid-century American art pottery planter finished in a vivid aqua crackle glaze that glows with the warmth of the postwar era. The rectangular form features gently stepped, tiered sides that taper toward the base, giving it a clean architectural profile. A raised scroll-and-dot motif decorates the front and back faces, adding a delicate handcrafted touch that's quintessentially 1940s–50s American studio pottery.

The interior is fully glazed in the same rich aqua, with beautiful natural crazing throughout — a hallmark of the era's firing techniques. The unglazed base is stamped simply "USA" with no additional maker's mark. The form, glaze color, and construction are consistent with McCoy Pottery of Roseville, Ohio, though we cannot confirm attribution with certainty.

A versatile piece that works beautifully as a vintage ceramic succulent planter, a desk organizer for small items, or a sculptural accent on a windowsill, bookshelf, or side table. The aqua crackle glaze pairs effortlessly with natural wood, brass, and linen textures.
