Small in size, rich in character — this vintage carved wood trinket box is a beautifully crafted little object that earns its place on any vanity, nightstand, or shelf. The warm-toned wood is carved in low relief with a repeating floral motif across all four sides and the lid, which is crowned with a six-petal star flower inlaid in what I think may be bone. Brass hinges connect the lid to the base, and inside, royal blue velvet lines two sides — making it as practical as it is pretty. A perfect keeper for rings, earrings, or small keepsakes.
