A beautifully matched pair of vintage brass bud vases, each hand-engraved from base to rim with a dense, all-over pattern of flowers, leaves, and trailing vines. The classic baluster silhouette — a bulbous lower body tapering to a slender neck and flaring into a wide trumpet mouth — is a hallmark of South Asian brass craft, and these two vases are nearly identical in form and engraving, making them a rarer find as a matched set.
The warm golden brass glows beautifully in natural light, and the hand-engraved surface catches and scatters it in all directions. The vases show a partially legible maker's stamp on the bases. Small enough to tuck into a bookshelf vignette, pair on a mantle, or use as bud vases with a single stem — they bring an instant layer of warmth and artisanal detail to any styled surface.
