A stunning vintage Turkish brass pepper mill in the classic Ottoman style — the kind of piece that looks equally at home on a curated kitchen shelf, a bar cart, or a collector's display. The bell-shaped body is turned from warm golden brass and decorated with hand-engraved rope-twist banding and an ornate Arabic-script-style frieze around the flared base. The curved crank arm and turned handle show a beautiful patina from decades of use. The underside reveals the original grinding mechanism, still intact.
Note: the green residue visible on the mid-section of the cylinder is wax remaining from an old label — a charming trace of the piece's history and easily removable if desired.
